For some 2009 will be remembered as the year without a watering ban. Yes, even Norwell, a town that has had watering bans every year since the first lawn sprinkler was invented let you dump as much water on your lawn as you chose. But what lawn needed extra water? We had a wet spring, summer and fall. And when events involving Corvettes are scheduled rain causes problems. We canceled or postponed many events for 2009 and some ran in the rain regardless. But it was a good year and now it is time to put the Vettes away for the winter.

If you haven’t in the past, check with your insurance provider about stripping your policy to just fire and theft. Most will do this and save you hundreds of dollars. You do not have to turn in your plates for this service.
